Live-in Housekeeper / Family Assistant
Overview
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Live-in Housekeeper / Family Assistant to join our client’s private household and help create a calm, elegant, and perfectly maintained home environment.
Applicants will ideally have strong housekeeping experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Start date: ASAP.
Job duties

- Daily cleaning of living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management (including delicate clothing)
- Change bed linens and towels regularly; maintain hotel-like presentation
- Prepare simple, healthy family meals and assist with kitchen upkeep when needed
- Organise closets, drawers, and children’s areas neatly and efficiently
- Restock household supplies (groceries, cleaning products, toiletries, etc.)
- Collect 6-year-old daughter from school (by car) and accompany her to activities
- Light help with snacks, school uniform preparation, or play area tidiness
Candidates must be/have:
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
- Warm and kind with children, yet maintains structure and respect
- Experienced in luxury villas, private households, or hotels
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Trustworthy, with excellent references
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license and confidence driving locally
Accommodation
Ensuite bedroom within modern home in Central Marbella, Spain.
Hours
Full-time, six days a week.
07:30 – 20:30/21:30.
Location
Marbella, Spain + flexibility for occasional travel.
Salary
2,000 – 3,000 EUR net per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
