Nanny / Family Assistant
Overview
A proactive, capable and responsible Nanny/Family Assistant is required for a family in the beautiful area of Marbella, Spain. This is a highly varied role, combining the care of two children (aged 6 and 1) with broader family assistant responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily routines, school runs, activities and overall household organisation.
It is a live-in or live-out opportunity and is supported by a full-time Housekeeper.
Job duties
Responsibilities of the Nanny/Family Assistant in Marbella, Spain, include:
- Daily care, supervision, and engagement in age-appropriate activities
- School runs, driving to after-school clubs and appointments
- Supporting homework, educational routines, and creative play
- Preparing children’s snacks and simple meals
- Organising playdates, outings, and holiday schedules
- Travelling with the family as required
- Running errands and assisting with family shopping
- Light organisational tasks (children’s wardrobe, toys, supplies)
- Managing schedules, appointments, and activity calendars
- Basic household support to keep daily routines running smoothly
Candidates must be/have:
- Experience in a similar position within a HNW household
- Valid EU Passport / Right to work in Spain
- Strong communication skills in English & Spanish
- A valid driving licence and be a confident driver
- Friendly, professional, and adaptable
- A high level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with a calm, positive attitude
Accommodation
The family is able to offer private ensuite accommodation for the right candidate.
Hours
Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
Working time: 07:30 – 21:00.
Includes multiple breaks during the day and a long rest period of approximately 12:00 – 16:00.

Salary
Up to €3,000 net per month, depending on experience.
