Nanny for 12-week-old (UK & USA)
Overview
A nurturing and highly skilled Nanny is required to support the care of a 12-week-old baby. The family divides their time between London and the United States, and frequent worldwide travel is a core part of the role due to the mother’s career in the film industry.
This role is intended to be a long-term placement for a nanny who is deeply passionate about infant care and comfortable navigating an unpredictable, globally mobile lifestyle.
The family hopes to welcome someone kind, adaptable, and respectful of privacy, an individual who intuitively fits into daily family life and complements the mother’s philosophy and approach to raising her child.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the Nanny for 12-week-old include:
Nursery Duties + Baby Care
- Full care for a young baby, supporting mum-led routines
- Assisting with breastfeeding, pumping schedules, and feeding support
- Weaning experience, including planning, preparing the introduction of solids
- Managing baby laundry and nursery organisation
- Monitoring developmental milestones
Travel & Schedule Support
- Travelling with the family worldwide; handling baby transitions across time zones
- Joining Mum on set, ensuring baby is settled, safe and well-cared for
- Flexibility with hours depending on filming schedules and travel requirements
- Ability to remain calm, adaptable and upbeat during long travel periods
Collaboration
- Working closely with a very involved mother, stepping back when not needed
- Following Mum’s lead on routines, structure and decision-making
- Maintaining a positive, discreet, and professional presence in all environments
- Fitting seamlessly into a sociable, warm household
2026 Travel Schedule (approx.)
- London: Now – mid January
- Los Angeles: Mid January – end of February
- Miami: End February – mid April
- New York: May – August
- London: August onwards (with intermittent travel as required)
Candidates must be/have:
- Right to work in both the United States and the United Kingdom
- A minimum of five years of experience with babies
- Valid passport for international travel
- Prior experience travelling with families or in high-profile households
- Confident, easygoing, and naturally flexible
- Positive, sociable, and discreet, with exceptional communication skills
- Able to take initiative while being respectful of a mum-led environment
- Comfortable with changing hours and a fast-moving schedule
Accommodation
Provided throughout periods of travel.
Hours
Full-time. Hours depending on schedule.
Location
Primarily between East London, UK and various locations in the US.
Salary
$100,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience and prior earnings.
Accommodation, travel arrangements and expenses covered during travel.
