Overview

Our client is looking for a true right-hand PA/EA for a tech start-up located between Midlands and London. Since commencing trading a few years ago the company has rapidly expanded and is now looking to push into new markets in the EU and US. This is an exciting, varied and fast paced role; the PA/EA will be expected to assist the founders in all aspects of the Business.

The key attributes will be a meticulous attention to detail, a proactive attitude and ability to self-manage. Most importantly the clients are looking for an experienced PA/EA who is able to execute projects and meet deadlines.  As a small, start-up business job roles are fluid and organic and the PA/EA should have the ability to wear multiple hats and run various projects concurrently.

The role will be split between Coventry (50%) and Kettering (40%), and occasionally London (10%). Our client is planning to move their main residence to London within the next six months, after which the PA/EA will be expected to be more in London. Hybrid working is considered.

Job duties:

Responsibilities of the PA/EA in Midlands and London, include:

PA duties include:

  • Diary Management
  • Liaising with housekeeper
  • Pet management (3 dogs and 1 cat) – taking to vet if needed, making appointments
  • Making personal appointments
  • Wardrobe Management
  • Overseeing purchase and renovation of new London property
  • Recruitment of personal staff

EA duties include:

  • Project administration and execution
  • Travel logistics
  • Recruitment of further staff
  • Correspondence

Candidates must have/be:

  • Experience in a similar fast paced role, managing shifting priorities
  • Strong organisational skills with high EQ
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car

Full-time, Monday – Friday.

Location

Coventry, Kettering and London.

Hybrid working considered.

Salary

Up to £60,000
