A professional and dynamic family in Notting Hill, London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-in Rota Nanny to provide shared care for their two young children under two.
Working a 7 day on/off rota, this is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, relaxed and proactive Nanny to become an integral part of a supportive household, working in partnership with hands-on parents and another Rota nanny.
Job duties
Responsibilities of the Live-in Rota Nanny for two children in Notting Hill, London include:
- Provide high-quality care for two children, including planning and overseeing age-appropriate activities that promote development
- Develop and maintain a daily routine for the children
- Plan and prepare fresh, nutritious meals for the children
- Assist in managing daily activities, including attending classes, playgroups, the park, and other social activities
- Communicate effectively with both parents and the other nanny
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the children, including nursery duties
- Occasional travel to Europe
Candidates must be/have:
- Previous experience as a shared-care Nanny, particularly with babies and toddlers
- Warm, smart and have a practical approach to getting things done
- Longevity in previous roles, with a flexible attitude and no ego
- Previous experience in a Rota Nanny role – desirable but not essential
- Experience in family travel
Accommodation
The Rota Nanny will share a bedroom and private bathroom with the eldest child for the first three-six months.
Hours
This is a Live-in Rota position, working a Rota 7 days on/off, 24 hours per day.
Location
The role is based in Notting Hill, London, with occasional travel to Europe.
Salary
Highly competitive salary and depending on experience.
