Rota Nanny
Overview
On behalf of a warm and welcoming family, who have recently relocated to Dubai, we are seeking an experienced and nurturing Live-out Rota Nanny to care for their two children aged 3 (girl) and 5 (boy).
The position will commence from late May / early June, with a different schedule during travel from 1st June until 12th August (accommodation will be provided during this time), and then resume as a Rota Nanny from 1st September onwards, with a 2-month on / 2-month off rotation.
The Live-out Rota Nanny will work alongside another Nanny when travelling over the summer.
A Housekeeper is employed in the household.

Responsibilities of the Rota Nanny in Dubai include:
- Provide shared care for two children aged 3 and 5
- Perform Nanny duties with a focus on the well-being and language development of the children
- Encourage independence and foster a sense of responsibility in the children
- Instil good manners and values into the children’s daily routines
- Maintain the children’s living and play areas, promoting tidiness and organisation
- Collaborate with the parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive caregiving environment
Candidates must be/have:
- Proven experience as a Nanny with excellent checkable references
- Native English and based in Dubai
- Enthusiastic, patient, and caring
- Ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities and encourage learning
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Accommodation
Live-out position. Candidates must already be based in Dubai.
Hours (and travel details)
May – June – based in Dubai.
1st June until 12th August – travel with the family. Hours to be discussed in the interview. Accommodation will be provided.
Rota position would start on 1st September.
The Nanny would work September and October (Monday – Friday 2pm – 8/9pm), January and February (Monday – Friday 2pm – 8/9pm), May and June (Monday – Friday 2pm – 8/9pm) with two months off between each shift while the other Nanny is on shift.
Occasional weekends. Please note, the client is flexible and open to adapting the rota for the right candidate.
