Seasonal Butler
Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Seasonal Live-in Butler to provide exceptional service to our client, at their beautiful villa in Mykonos, Greece.
The Butler will be responsible for attending to the needs and preferences of our guests with the utmost attention to detail, ensuring their stay is memorable and luxurious.
Please note, this is a seasonal role, running from beginning of July – end of Sept.
Job duties
Responsibilities of Seasonal Live-in Butler in Mykonos include:
- Provide personalised service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage
- Coordinate and arrange all guest requests
- Ensure all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times
- Oversee the daily operations of the villa, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and functionality
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure all guest accommodations are immaculately prepared
- Manage inventory of supplies and amenities, replenishing as needed
- Perform routine inspections to ensure the villa meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain clear and effective communication with guests
- Act as a liaison between guests and other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
Candidates must be/have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting
- EU Passport holder / right to work in Greece
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Fluency in Greek, or a Greek National
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Knowledge of Mykonos and its attractions, restaurants, and services
- Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Accommodation
Self-contained accommodation will be provided.
Hours
Full-time hours.
Six days a week in shift patterns covering breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner during peak summer, 5 days a week when family not in residence.

Salary
€3,500 net depending on experience, accommodation provided and one meal during work.
