Overview
Our client, a leading hedge fund / asset management firm, is seeking an experienced and polished Lifestyle & Travel Concierge to provide high-end personal lifestyle support alongside comprehensive travel and events management to several UHNW Principals. This is a varied, fast-paced and highly rewarding role that will suit a confident, organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional, seamless experience.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, act swiftly on urgent priorities, and handle all confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion. Job duties
Responsibilities of the Lifestyle & Travel Concierge in Central London, include:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Extensive luxury travel planning and booking
- Curating bespoke travel experiences and recommendations
- Full end-to-end booking management (flights, hotels, transport, dining, experiences)
- Creating detailed itineraries and seamless travel plans
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure best value within budget
- Planning and managing events from intimate dinners to large-scale functions
- Monitoring trends in luxury travel and experiences
- Handling confidential matters with discretion
- Managing memberships, renewals, and subscriptions
- Coordinating personal appointments (medical, legal, wellness, family)
- Providing ad-hoc personal assistant and administrative support
Candidates must have/be:
- Strong experience in luxury travel and lifestyle management
- Excellent industry contacts and supplier relationships
- Proven experience in high-end event planning
- Exceptional discretion and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple time zones and priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of IT literacy and confidence with booking systems
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required
Hours
Monday to Friday, standard business hours. Flexibility is essential as the role will require occasional evening and weekend availability.
Location
Office based in Central London, UK.
Some travel may be required in connection with principal trips and events.
Salary
£65,000.
+ competitive benefits package discussed at interview stages.
