Live-in Nanny

Overview

A lovely family in Brasschaat, just outside Antwerp, are looking for a caring and experienced Live-in Nanny to join them in a long-term position. The family have a 10-month-old daughter and are expecting their second baby at the end of March 2027.
They are looking for someone warm, nurturing and proactive who enjoys becoming part of family life and taking a hands-on approach to caring for young children. The role is primarily focused on childcare, with some light household support to help keep the home organised and running smoothly. This includes keeping the children’s areas tidy, children’s laundry and some laundry and ironing for the wider family. A cleaner and gardener are already employed, so there is no requirement for general housekeeping or deep cleaning.

From November 2026, the eldest child will attend daycare Tuesday to Thursday, with the new baby joining her from November 2027. As the nanny’s workload will naturally be a little lighter on these days, the family are open to discussing a flexible arrangement, for example taking one of these weekdays off in exchange for working a Saturday where needed.

This would suit a caring, adaptable and well-organised nanny looking for a stable, long-term position with a lovely family who value kindness, teamwork, initiative and a happy, well-organised home environment.
