Live-in Nanny

Overview

A warm, welcoming family in Brasschaat, just outside Antwerp, are seeking a dedicated Live-in Nanny for a long-term position. The family have a 10-month-old daughter and are expecting their second baby at the end of March 2027.

They are looking for someone nurturing, proactive and hands-on who enjoys becoming part of family life. The role is primarily childcare focused, but the nanny should also be happy to help keep the home organised and tidy, including children’s areas, laundry and ironing for the whole family. A cleaner and gardener are already employed, so no general housekeeping or deep cleaning is required.

From November 2026, the eldest will attend daycare Tuesday – Thursday, with the new baby joining her from November 2027. As the nanny’s workload will be lighter on these days, the family are open to discussing a flexible arrangement, such as taking one of these weekdays off in exchange for working a Saturday.

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring, proactive and adaptable nanny seeking a stable, long term role with a lovely family who value kindness, teamwork, initiative and creating a happy, well-organised home environment.
