Live-out Private Chef
Overview
A private household in Dubai is seeking an experienced Live-out Private Chef to provide daily meal service for two principals, and occasionally their international guests.
This role requires genuine expertise in South Indian cuisine, alongside the ability to design and adapt menus in real time using metabolic and biomarker data.
Job duties
Responsibilities of the Private Chef in Dubai, include:
- Plan, prepare, and serve varied daily meals for two principals, with genuine expertise in South Indian cuisine
- Design and adapt menus based on real-time metabolic and biomarker data, working closely with principals on dietary goals
- Plan and execute menus for entertaining and hosting international visitors, accommodating varied dietary requirements and cultural preferences
- Manage kitchen inventory, sourcing, and supplier relationships
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen management
- Adapt to a flexible service schedule around principal and guest needs
Candidates must be/have:
- Demonstrable experience as a Private Chef in a UHNW household
- Genuine expertise in South Indian cuisine, ideally with regional specialisation
- Experience designing menus around metabolic health, biomarker data, or similar performance/health-driven nutrition approaches (e.g. experience working with nutritionists, continuous glucose monitoring, or similar)
- Based in Dubai with full legal right to work
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Highly discreet, with experience working under NDA in a private household
- A flexible, adaptable team player
Accommodation
No accommodation is provided as this is a live-out position.
Hours
Full-time, 5/6-day week (TBC), with flexibility expected around principal and guest schedules.
Location
Dubai, UAE.
Initially based at temporary accommodation; final residence likely Emerald Hills area.
Salary
Competitive salary, depending on experience.
