We’ve a great opportunity for an experienced, professional Rota Nanny to join a fully staffed household in Dubai, caring for a happy one-year-old child.
Working for a British family, the Rota Nanny will work on a structured rota alongside another experienced Nanny and hands-on parents, this long term position is ideal for a career nanny who thrives on providing exceptional standards of childcare whilst maintaining consistency, a suitable routine and nurturing surroundings.
Applicants must be already based in Dubai, with their own accommodation. Unfortunately, candidates based outside Dubai will not be considered.
Job duties
Responsibilities of the Rota Nanny in Dubai, include:
- Provide exceptional shared care for a one-year-old child
- Carry out all nursery duties to a high standard
- Establish and maintain consistent routines for sleep, feeding and daily transitions
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate developmental activities
- Prepare healthy, nutritious meals for the child
- Manage nursery organisation, wardrobe and the child’s belongings
- Arrange age-appropriate outings and activities
- Administer medication when required and liaise with medical professionals
- Travel with the family throughout Europe, ensuring continuity of care
- Work collaboratively with parents, the rota nanny and the wider household team
Candidates must be/have:
- Minimum of five years’ professional nanny experience
- Must already be living in Dubai with their own accommodation (essential)
- Previous Rota Nanny experience (highly desirable)
- A relevant Degree in Childcare, Early Years or Education is highly desirable
- Highly organised, calm and methodical
- Confident establishing and maintaining structured routines
- Previous experience working within private and fully staffed households is preferred
- Discreet, professional and respectful of family privacy
- Strong swimmer
- Enjoys outdoor activities
- Flexible, reliable and an excellent team player
Accommodation
Provided whilst on shift.
Hours
Rota pattern. 24/7, working 1 month on/off.
Location
Dubai, UAE + regular travel to EU.
Salary
Excellent salary package, dependent on experience and qualifications.
