Rota Nanny (Norland trained)
Overview
A young, dynamic UHNW family is seeking two exceptional Rota Nannies (ideally Norland trained) to join them on a long‑term basis, caring for their baby boy, born November 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a warm, confident, and proactive nanny to play a key role in a child’s early years, within a supportive, relaxed, and collaborative environment. The household atmosphere is generally calm and informal, though at times more structure is required, particularly as the father frequently works from home.
The parents are first‑time parents, highly engaged and keen to build a trusting, positive partnership with their nannies. They value initiative, emotional intelligence and excellent judgement, and are looking for someone who can think ahead, plan independently, and integrate seamlessly into their family life without the need for micro‑management.
They are seeking a nanny with a warm, fun and engaging personality — someone their child can learn from, feel secure with, and build a trusting, unproblematic bond. The right candidate will be professional yet approachable, confident yet adaptable, and able to read situations well, knowing when to step forward and when to step back discreetly.
The family is looking to hire two Rota Nannies — one for a February start and the other for March/April.
